Blazon Design Policies

All designs, artwork, formatting, and copy are subject to the terms and conditions. Please take a moment and read through the following information.

Turn-Around
Typical turn-around times average 5 to 7 days. Large and complex jobs may take even longer. We will be able to give you an estimated timeline when we give you a quote.
Rush Orders 
If you need a faster turn around, we can provider expedited graphic design services for a Rush Charge of $75.00.  Rush Orders are guaranteed to be completed within 3 calendar days or we will waive the Rush Charge.
Stop Order
Any project that is canceled after work has started will be billed at the normal hourly rates, regardless of completion. If a project is stopped, the customers will be provided with a digital copy the project’s existing graphics and materials that are available at the time the stop order is placed.
Consultations
When finalizing a quote a we will provide the initial client consultation is free of charge. We can complete consultations by phone, video conference, or in person.  Additional consultations will be billed at the hourly rate.
Proofs / Design Acceptance and Approval 
All designs and graphics require a $5 proof fee each. This includes graphics completed by our design team. We require proofing in order to minimize errors and the need for costly revisions / re-prints.  Before a project is put into production Blazon Printing reviews it for problems and a digital proof will be provided to the customer for final approval. Revisions can requested by the customer after the digital proof is provided. Hard copy proofs are available for some printed items for an additional fee. Hard copy proofs require a custom quote and must be requested by the customer. Once a proof is approved by the customer, Blazon Printing is not responsible for errors or delays in production.
Customer Provided Artwork
Many times customers provide their own finalized artwork, pictures, and designs. In these instances, a proofing fee of $30 will be applied to each product. This fee is required in order to setup the template and get it ready for production. Blazon Printing is not responsible for creating or finding any of graphic designs. The customer is liable for the rights and permissions of any artwork, pictures, graphic, or other materials supplied to Blazon Printing and agree that full explicit permission has been granted. Blazon Printing reserves the right to request evidence of permission to reproduce graphics before completing an order.
Scanning Fees
Sometimes customers need to have hard copies scanned into digital format to begin the design and editing process. Each image scan is subject to a $5 scan fee.  Additional scanning fees may apply to scan negatives, slides, and three dimensional objects.

Payment 

We require all quoted fees to be paid in full before we begin a project. Any project that is canceled after work has started will be billed at the normal hourly rates. If a project is stopped, the customers will be provided with a digital copy the project’s existing graphics and materials that are available at the time the stop order is placed.

Revisions
We offer one free revision for each item. Each additional revision will be charged the hourly rate.
